Paragliding in Pokhara is an all year round activity as long as it's not raining and the thermals are active. The proper thermals are vital for lifting up so we usually start paragliding during day time. It starts from Sarangkot, a 30 min drive by jeep from Pokhara.

Trip Itinerary

We drive towards a famous viewpoint near Pokhara, which is about a three-hour drive. Sarangkot offers the beautiful scenery of Pokhara and mountain ranges. You will be briefed about dos and don'ts while paragliding, landing and take off to avoid possible risks. Paragliding is a safe sport and thrilling adventure sport. Together with a guide you will commence your flight and fly all above the sky admiring the stunning view. The mixture of the stunning view and a little bit of fear of height is what entices lots of people to join this exhilarating adventure sport. After completion, we head towards Kathmandu or stay in Pokhara depending upon your preference.
